I’ve never had a flare like yours so quickly!! Mine always just have the red bumps pop up one by one over a few days. That flare of yours was crazy!!!! So interesting how everyone’s rosacea is a little bit different!:) I’m counting the days until my dermatologist appt to get V beam on all the red spots that have been left behind over the past year. 😑

Okay, watching your video makes me have more ??

If I am supposed to protect my skin while using acids or retinal, and I do apply to my undereye (I am super wrinkly there), then how do I get sunscreen under my eyes to protect the skin?

Can I ask a dumb question that has nothing to do with roseacea? I was just reading your email about makeup and it settling into wrinkles and the importance of skin prep. If I skin prep but then have to put sunscreen on top, how does that help the makeup that now has to sit on top of that? It seems that beauty influencers put makeup on top of skin care, which wouldn't much nicer then my sunscreen. Maybe I am using the wrong sunscreen, but I have tried SO many and nothing seems to work well. .help!

also, are you letting your skin "dry down" before applying?

Question: Why not the Water Balm underneath the Intense Barrier Cream since the consistency feels a little thinner?

You could but because Water Balm has a little dimethicone in it, it also acts like a barrier, so I prefer it on the top. But you can absolutely put it on after IBC. :)
